When you book a trip with Altaï, you have the option to purchase travel insurance. You have up to 14 days to purchase this insurance from the date you book your trip. We hope you will never need to use it, but in the event that something goes wrong, it’s good to know you are covered.

THE MULTI-RISK INSURANCE POLICY(4.1% OF THE TOTAL PRICE OF THE TRIP)
This multi-risk policy is specifically adapted to adventure travel and is designed to protect you in all circumstances from the risks inherent in our travels and activities. By choosing to take out comprehensive insurance you will be protected before and during your trip. This policy will cover you for the following:
Cancellation insurance (including medical incapacity that prevents you being able to participate in the activity you have booked)
Price guarantee (in the event of fuel surcharges, airport tax increases and currency fluctuations)
Flight, boat or train delays
Luggage (including sports and business equipment and delayed delivery)
Costs of interrupting a stay or sporting / leisure activity
Personal assistance: medical repatriation, medical and/or hospitalisation costs abroad, etc.

In the event of a complaint concerning the distribution of the insurance contract, you may send your complaint in writing to the head office address.
